Billing and support
The operational fine print, up front.
The plan is simple. These are the mechanics an owner should know before inviting the team.
Billing and seats guide- Billing cadence
- Monthly-only, billed in USD. Prices exclude tax/VAT, and EventOps does not calculate it automatically.
- Seat usage
- Active teammates and pending invites consume seats. Seats can be added in EventOps and cannot be reduced below current usage.
- Billing portal
- Payment methods, invoice history, and cancellation are handled in the Stripe portal. Cancellation takes effect at period end, followed by read-only access to existing information.
- Storage
- 25 GB shared storage per agency. There is no automatic overage billing; uploads stop at the cap.
- Support
- Email support and the self-serve help center are included. Bespoke onboarding and guaranteed response times are not.
- Data access
- Your agency retains ownership of its content. The documented export and deletion process covers requests for a copy or removal.
Before you start
Questions agency owners ask.
Do I need a payment method to create an account or start the trial?
You can create an EventOps account without a card. The 14-day subscription trial begins when you continue through Stripe checkout, where Stripe collects and manages the payment method. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription continues on the monthly Agency plan for your selected seat quantity.
What counts as a seat?
Each active internal teammate and each pending internal invitation consumes a seat. The subscription starts at three seats.
Do portal users count as seats?
No. Invited clients and vendors use scoped portals that show only the relevant event context, and they do not consume internal team seats.
Can I add or remove seats?
Yes. Seat quantity changes happen in EventOps. You can add seats as the team grows, but the quantity cannot be reduced below current usage, so remove or deactivate teammates and pending invitations first.
Can I pay annually?
Not currently. EventOps is monthly-only and billed in USD; there is no annual plan or annual discount to select.
How are currency and tax handled?
Prices are in USD and exclude tax/VAT. EventOps does not calculate tax automatically today, so your agency is responsible for assessing its own obligations.
What happens at the storage cap?
The Agency plan includes 25 GB shared storage. There is no automatic overage charge; new uploads stop at the cap until files are removed or capacity changes.
What happens when I cancel?
Cancellation is managed in the Stripe portal and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, existing information remains available in read-only mode.
What support is included?
The plan includes email support and the self-serve help center. It does not include bespoke onboarding or a guaranteed response time.
Who owns my data, and can I export it?
Your agency retains ownership of its content. EventOps documents how to request an export or deletion in the data export and deletion guide.
