Billing and seats

EventOps is priced at $30 per seat per month, with a minimum of 3 seats. Billing is monthly-only in USD. You can create an EventOps account without a card. The 14-day subscription trial begins when you continue through Stripe checkout, where Stripe collects and manages the payment method for the subscription.

You start the subscription trial at /settings/billing through Stripe checkout. Seat quantity changes stay in EventOps so current team usage can be checked. After checkout, the Stripe customer portal handles payment methods, invoice history, and cancellation; cancellation takes effect at period end.

It's important to understand how seats are counted. Both active members and pending invites count toward your seats. So if you invite someone and they haven't accepted yet, that invite is already using a seat.

If you reach your seat limit, add seats in EventOps before inviting more people. A seat quantity cannot be reduced below current usage, so remove or deactivate internal teammates and pending invitations first. For cancellation details, see /help/cancelling-or-downgrading.
