Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using EventOps, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the agency you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

EventOps is a workspace for event-planning agencies to manage events, tasks, timelines, vendors, budgets, and client and vendor collaboration. We may update or improve features over time.

3. Accounts and agencies

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Agency owners and admins control who has access to their agency and what role each member holds.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to breach security, disrupt the service, upload unlawful content, or access data you are not authorised to see.

5. Subscriptions, billing, and trials

EventOps is offered on a per-seat subscription. New agencies start with a 14-day free trial, after which the subscription renews automatically at the then-current per-seat price until cancelled. You can manage seats or cancel at any time from your billing settings. Fees are billed through Stripe and are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process that content to provide the service. You are responsible for the content you and your collaborators add.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
