Vendor portal overview

When you assign a vendor to an event, they get access to a portal scoped just for them. It's a simple, focused space so they can see what's expected without wading through your internal planning.

In their portal, a vendor sees the events they're assigned to, the brief you shared for each one, and any tasks that belong to them. They get exactly what they need to do their job — and nothing more.

Vendors can act on their work right from the portal:

• Acknowledge the brief so you know they've reviewed it
• Mark their tasks as done as they complete them

Importantly, a vendor only ever sees their own assignments. They can't see other vendors, your internal tasks, your budget, or any event they aren't part of. The scoping is automatic, so you never have to worry about exposing more than you intend.
