Assigning tasks
Every event has its own tasks so your team always knows what's next. Each task carries an owner (the assignee), a due date, a priority from p0 to p3, and a status.
Task statuses move through to-do, in progress, blocked, and done, giving you a clear picture of where things stand at a glance.
You can view an event's tasks two ways:
- As a kanban board, where tasks sit in columns by status
- As a list, when you'd rather scan everything in one place
Assign an owner to each task so responsibility is never ambiguous, set a due date, and use priority to flag what matters most. A p0 task is the most urgent; p3 can wait.
To create a starter set of tasks quickly instead of adding them one by one, apply a template. See /help/using-templates for how templates work and how the "days before" offsets calculate due dates for you.
