Logging incidents
No matter how well you plan, things come up on event day. Logging incidents lets you capture issues as they happen and record how they were resolved, so nothing gets lost in the rush.
When you log an incident, you're building a clear, time-stamped history of what went wrong and what you did about it. That's invaluable during wrap-up, when you're reviewing how the event went and reporting back.
Beyond a single event, recording incidents helps your agency learn over time. Patterns become visible across events — a recurring vendor delay, a venue quirk — so you can plan around them next time instead of being caught out again.
You can log incidents during the event, including directly from Live Ops mode while the day is in motion. Capturing them in the moment keeps the detail accurate.
