Inquiries and consultations

EventOps can capture a lead through your public inquiry form and your public consultation booking page. Open /inquiries to copy the inquiry URL, qualify leads on the pipeline, assign an owner, and record stage changes. Open /consults to publish bookable slots in your agency timezone.

When a prospect books a consultation, EventOps confirms the booking, alerts the agency, and adds the lead to the inquiry pipeline. A public inquiry can also be submitted without booking a call. Review the source, contact details, event type, date, budget, and message before progressing it.

An inquiry can be converted directly into a draft event. EventOps carries over the client, date, event type, assignee, and description so the planner does not have to re-enter them. A converted inquiry cannot create a second event.

Access and roles

Managing pipeline records requires inquiries.manage; publishing or cancelling consult slots requires consults.manage. Both capabilities are included in Owner, Admin, and Planner and may be granted through an eligible custom role. Public prospects can only submit the scoped inquiry or booking form.

If the lead needs a priced offer before booking, continue with /help/proposals.
