Getting started with EventOps

EventOps gives your agency one place to run events end-to-end: timelines, tasks, vendors, and budgets, plus scoped portals for your clients and vendors and a Live Ops view for the day itself.

Here's how to get up and running quickly:

• Set up your agency and add your logo at /settings/agency
• Invite your teammates at /settings/team
• Create your first event at /events/new
• Connect billing at /settings/billing

Each event you create becomes its own workspace with tabs for the timeline, tasks, vendors, budget, files, approvals, and activity. As work progresses, the event moves through statuses from draft to active to on-day to wrap-up and finally closed.

Once your agency is set up, you can bring clients and vendors in through their own scoped portals so everyone stays aligned without seeing your internal work. When you're ready, head to /help/creating-your-first-event.
