Files and storage quota

Every event has a Files tab where you can keep the documents that matter to it. Upload contracts, mood boards, floor plans, and anything else your team needs, so it all lives alongside the rest of the event rather than scattered across inboxes.

Storage is shared across your agency rather than per event. The paid Agency plan includes 25 GB, and a banner shows how much of that allowance you have used. EventOps does not add automatic overage charges; new uploads stop at the cap until files are removed or capacity changes.
