A few quick answers to the questions we hear most often.

What is EventOps?

EventOps is a workspace where event-planning agencies run their events end-to-end — timelines, tasks, vendors, and budgets — with scoped portals for clients and vendors.

Is there a free trial, and how much does it cost?

Yes. EventOps starts with a 14-day free trial, then costs $30 per seat per month with a minimum of 3 seats.

Who can see what?

Portals are scoped. Vendors only see the events they're assigned to, and clients only see their own event — never your internal tasks or other clients.

Can I export a budget?

Yes. From an event's Budget tab you can export the budget as a CSV with the current categories, line items, and amounts.

How do I change my notification settings?

Go to /settings/notifications and choose, per type, an instant email, a daily digest, or nothing.

How do I request a data export or deletion?

Email privacy@eventops.app, and we'll handle your request within 30 days.
