Creating approvals
When you need a clear yes-or-no decision from a client, raise an approval on the event. It's the right tool for moments that need formal sign-off — a design direction, a vendor quote, a final menu.
Once you raise an approval, it appears in the client's portal awaiting their decision. The client can approve it or request changes, and you're notified of the outcome either way, so nothing stalls while you wait for an email reply.
Using approvals keeps decisions in one place rather than scattered across messages. You always have a record of what was approved, when, and by whom — useful if a question comes up later about what was agreed.
