Building a run-of-show

The Timeline tab is your minute-by-minute schedule for event day. It's where you lay out exactly what happens and when, so your whole team is working from the same plan.

Add ordered items with their times — guest arrival, speeches, dinner service, the first dance — and arrange them in the sequence they'll happen. As the day approaches, you can track the status of each item so you always know what's done and what's coming up.

A well-built run-of-show pays off most on the day itself. It becomes the backbone of Live Ops mode, the focused real-time view your team uses to run the event. Everything you set up here flows straight into that view.

Take time to get the order and timing right while you're still planning. The more detail you capture now, the smoother the day will run.
